Digital Sales Manager/E-Broker

Job Location: Bukidnon, Davao or Cagayan de Oro based
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that sales targets are achieved
• Recruit, screen and train property specialists/agents online
• Formulate online activities for agents
• Monitor the network members’ performance
• Report status to head office
• Remit booked accounts collectively to head office

Qualifications:
• With experience in selling and marketing real estate
• Must be goal oriented and have effective leadership skills
• Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills and quick thinker
• Must be self – motivated and driven to achieve goals
• Must be internet – savvy/social media savvy

- With allowance, earn as much as 60k monthly in commissions
