Manychat Bot expert only can apply

We have a gym client and needs to do the following. If you know how to do the following, please send resume. We pay by projects. Applicants need to show clients bots template and working bots on website and fb page.

(1) Do bots ad and then separate new subscribers from the existing ones for follow up.
(2) channel new lead sign up to specific gym locations for follow up.
(3) How to differentiate among these 3 groups for retargetting campaigns later:
Group A:- Existing Subscribers & Gym member,
Group B:- New Subscribers, visited but not a Gym member
Group C:- New Subscribers & indicated to visit gym only
(4) Do new FB ads to retargeted selected subscribers. e.g. Group C?
