We are looking for someone that has worked for a real estate investment company for 1 year or longer who has experience

JOB OVERVIEW

Experience with a multi line dialer is a plus and following a script and entering data on a web form.

We need someone that has a fast computer speed and has Skype or whats app and messenger to stay in contact with us during calling hours.

Must have fluent English and send a mp3 via email of yourself reading a out bound real estate script (to be considered)

Please provide good verifiable references from previous real estate wholesale companies you have done work for.

Please provide average # of calls you can make on the dialer for a 8 hour shift and how many leads you generated

Pay is $5 per hour Plus performance bonuses with raises after you prove you a valuable to our company

we will be using Call tools with podio and Hot prospector (have you used these before)

Calls are made very quickly with a 3 line dialer and will have around 1000 dials with about 10% connection (if you have done this before please let me know)

We are looking to have someone with experience with little supervision and basic training.
