VA - Email Marketing | Lead Generation | Data Entry

I'm looking for someone who can do Email Marketing and Lead Generation for me. Also, a little bit of Data Entry. The person must take an initiative, be assertive and a good communicator. Experience will not be needed for I will send you a Video training but if you have one please let me know. Our targets will be restaurants. Knowledge in Aweber and Google drive will be a bonus. And to make sure that you can follow an instruction put ax3l ros3 in the subject.
If you have any other skills and knowledge please include it. And please don't send me a generic and copy paste application letter/message. Please be unique. Lastly, to test your English grammar please answer the ff questions:
1. As an applicant, what is it that you have that others don't?

4. What is your weakness and what are you going to do about it?
5. (For those who has experience) As an Email Marketer, give me 3-5 sentences to market your service/product.

Pay will be $3 for beginners.
$3-$5 with experience. Will send through Paypal every second Friday.
