JOB OVERVIEW


Game Operations Specialists are the core of our consultancy service, receiving and processing product and community data, analyzing trends, and ultimately recommending solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
Specialists therefore perform a wide range of duties related to, but are not limited to:
• Brand Management
• Product Management
• Community Management
• Customer Service
• Online Advertising
• Social Media Management
• Information Technology

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with community management via forums and various social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is a plus
• Experience playing different MMORPGs is a definite plus
• Experience playing Video Game across different genres and platforms is a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent comprehension and problem solving skills
• Ability to comprehend and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
• Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules including night shift, weekends and holidays
