Realtor Assistant/Customer Service Representative Must have great English speaking skills to help potential customers with questions via phone and email.

Customer Service Representative. Have great communication skills to walk our potential customers thru the use of our online search engine. Our website allows our potential clients to search for homes, save searches and get information about the neighborhoods. CSR will build report with the client via phone and email, set appointments for our realtors to meet with the client and facilitate answers to questions about specific properties.

Must have great verbal speaking skills to help potential customers with questions via phone and email. Non threatening, friendly and out-going personality. You will be required to try to make contact with customer via phone to make sure they know how to use our website and then follow up with them at specific intervals, i.e. 1- Day follow up, 1 week follow up, 30 day follow up.

Excellent English is a must as well as a good internet connection and headset for making clear calls to Realtors and customers. If you have a recording or yourself please include that in your application.

For now we are just looking for Monday-Friday from 9AM to 1PM US Pacific Time. 20 hours a week at $2 USD an hour.
