Real Estate Property Research Specialist - Do you love finding and analyzing real estate properties?

Do you love finding properties that need repairs?

You will be in control of the Real Estate Property Research Specialist role to oversee and carry out the entire property research process.

This is a stable long-term position.

To start, you will be in charge of looking at all available real estate properties in a certain geographical area, determining which properties need rehabbing, and analyzing these properties to determine their value after they have been fixed. These tasks are required to be completed ---------- om here, you will be in charge of continually improving the efficiency of each of these roles. As far as hours go, this position will start part-time for 15 hours a week and will transition into full time in the future once you show mastery over the position.
