In search of a great Virtual Assistant for help with Content Creation, Social Media and more

Hello! I run a subscription eCommerce business: ---------- . I am looking for a great assistant to help me with multiple tasks. You must be detail-oriented and excited to learn and willing to take on new things as the business grows!

The key things I need help with right now are:
1. Content: Creating blog posts in Wordpress. We have people that contribute craft ideas to our site monthly. I need you to take their emails and photographs and create well written, thoughtful and nice-looking blog posts. So you should have great writing skills and editing skills.
*Please be familiar with Wordpress & Thrive Themes or demonstrate you can learn Thrive Themes quickly. Please also have decent SEO knowledge

2. Social Media: I would like you to help manage our Instagram, Facebook and ---------- accounts. This requires:
-Posting our content on Facebook
-Posting our content on Instagram
-Using Tailwind to schedule Instagram and Pinterest posts
-Regularly commenting and interacting with other's posts on Instagram
-Reposting content we are tagged in
-Creating basic designs/post ideas using Canva.
*Please have experience with: Tailwind, Canva, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Repost App

3. Eventually, I would like you to help with customer service. I can train you on how to use our system (we use a platform called Cratejoy and another homegrown system for managing shipping).

4. Other ad hoc tasks such as:
-making our weekly newsletter in Mailchimp
-Responding to emails
-Research. For example: there is a lot of work that needs to be done around reorganizing my Wordpress site. I would like you to perform a bit of research on the site and then make the required changes in Wordpress.
-Help with my other Affiliate sites and blogs.
*Some experience with Mailchimp and Google Analytics required.
