eBay Customer Service - Item not received cases/Amazon Return Labels

Customer Service / Virtual agent needed for 2 UK eBay ---------- 's a dropshipping business. I sell items from Amazon and list on eBay. You will be answering customer queries/Item not received cases/Amazon return Labels and Monitoring 'Easync'

Exceptional customer service skills are required. You must be looking for a full time, long term, permanent position; be self-motivated; have access to your own computer with reliable, fast internet connection; and be able to work all hours and weekends if required.

Salary
- minimum 40hr Week
- $1.75 USD per hour ($70 per week)
- Potential $40 monthly bonus if we do not receive any negative feedback that month

Working Hours
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 x 8hr shifts per week.
- Shift times will vary. You may be required to work mornings, evenings, nights and weekends so full availability is required for this role.

Great English is a must.

Written English is a must

Experience with customer service is must.

Experience with eBay is a must.

Good internet connection is a must.

Experience with Amazon account (Not seller central) is a big advantage.

The business is growing and I have more tasks besides customer service in the future.

Application Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to:
o Skype interview.
o If you pass the Skype Interview you will have a 1- day trial - you will be provided with written, video instructions.
- Successful applicants will be offered a paid, 1-week trial. (Pay will be $50USD for the week).
- If successful, a permanent position will be offered at $70 per week plus a monthly bonus of $40 if no negative feedback is received.
