Market research & photoshop skills

Hello. I am from Lima, Peru and I am launching a cloth brand (t shirts for man and woman). I am looking for a VA to do a research about nice looking and popular (in my country) designs & easy to run Facebook ads on them (cross niche designs so the target is accurate) to print on t shirts and then give me the image at full resolution. (Photoshop skills required).
