We are a house cleaning company in the United States. We have leads coming in via email, phone calls and we need someone to answer the calls and make the sales. Also, this salesperson needs to cold call and make other sales.

We use a CRM software that needs to be updated at every lead interaction and another Scheduling software where you can see the staff availability for cleaning.
