JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering customer service emails and messages. Ensuring customers are happy :)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Min 40hour/week commitment. Time/task documentation.
• Regular daily hours (choose between day and night shift)
• At least 2 years experience in customer service
• Sales experience is a plus
• Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana and Gorgias/Zendesk is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion. Highly curious. Fast learner. Willingness to try to figure things out independently.
• Love for technology/gadgets is a plus
• Quiet space. FAST internet.
