• Acknowledge and greet customer that comes inside the store or within a close or within distance.
• Engage the customer through conversation and determine the customer’s needs.
• Provide product information to customers.
• Give guidance and advice to customers on product selection.
• Strive to achieve store sales target either exceeding or meeting the sales targets.
• Suggestively sell additional items to the customer.
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges and handles complaints graciously and effectively.
• Answer customers’ questions satisfactorily.
• Ensure that area is neat, clean and organized throughout each business day.
• Maintain awareness of all current promotions and the correct pricing.
• Participate in store opening and store closing duties.
• Submit report on time.
• Report problems and discrepancies to immediate superior
• Support and respond to safety issues.
