Required full Copyright and unique graphics with 100% no Copyright infringement in it. Every font must be free to use and the graphics as well.

Every design has to be editable and resizeable as default 5000 x 5000 pixels, 300 dpi. The background has to be transparent. The designs and fonts have to be in black or in white. (For black or white t shirts).
