Barista (Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf)

General Description:

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Barista is responsible for delivering on our brand promise of providing Customers premium flavours and great tastes that are masterfully prepared just the way they like it; served with extraordinary personality and service. This Position reports directly to the Manager on Duty. The Barista must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedule which may include work during holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivers a Total Quality Experience to our Guests by proper station management and strict adherence to food and drink ---------- pendable. Uses time productively and arrives to work on time every day.
Supports new and fellow Team Members in their work to contribute to overall Company success Takes ownership of his own growth and development by attending training and engagement events
Mastery and adherence to EEEC, PEC and LAST Technique.
Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.- Serves quality products within standard serving time
Helps MODs receive, stock and display supplies
Completes all assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision
Fulfills commitment to peers, co-workers, and supervisors/managers
Consistently does suggestive selling, cross selling, product sampling and second helpings.- observes FIFO method strictly and labels mis en place items properly.
Reports fast and slow moving items for proper par setting.- Counts inventory accurately every ---------- es company resources and equipment with the same care and efficiency as one’s own possession.
Operates the cash register and handles sales transaction efficiently and with integrity.
Promotes Marketing initiatives and featured product to ---------- cating customers about our premium coffees and teas.
