SEARCH!!! Graphic Designer / T-Shirt Designer

We are looking for a graphic designer to create T-shirt designs to our liking and incorporate his creative streak.
We will provide topics or phrases from which to create a design for ---------- should be their own designs that do not violate the copyright of others.
Mostly we would like to have vector ---------- comic art.
We pay between $ 1.50 and $ 2.00 per design. How many designs are needed depends on how well the designs arrive and how creative you are!

Everything else we can discuss, if we are convinced of your work! Therefore, it would be good if you give us an insight into your already done designs!
In order to get the best insight, we would be grateful if you could create us a test design on the topic "Carnival". So we can make all applications equal ratings and easier to make a decision.

Good English skills are mandatory, so we can communicate well!
