Wordpress Master for a Website Build - Full Time and Long Term

We are looking for someone who is very experienced in building and maintaining a Wordpress website. The successful candidate will help us quickly finish off the website we have been building and then has the opportunity to become the Webmaster, who will work with Management to look after the site. This is a full time position that will become very lucrative for this person.
