I need someone experienced to manage the advertising campaign for my website happymediateam.com

There will be adwords, fb, youtube cpc/cpv. The person needs to be adwrods certified.

Also I am looking for someone to help me finding more business leads/oportunity for our videos, since the business is a startup.
