Motivated and Creative Illustrator/Designer Required for T-Shirt Designs

We are looking for a loyal, creative and committed designer to become a member of our team.

Our ideal candidate can draw their own artwork and incorporate them into unique t-shirt designs. We would either supply you with an idea we would like you to draw or we would present you with a t-shirt design which we would like you to re-imagine and recreate in your own style. 

Every design must be unique and 100% original. We can not accept any graphics from external sources such as Freepik. Direct or similar copies of other designs will not be acceptable, nor can we accept the use of images or fonts which require a license for commercial use.

If we work well together, there is strong potential for a long term ---------- the beginning, we will pay per design.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Be able to follow instructions clearly
- Must know how to use Google Drive/Sheets and Skype
- 100% original artwork (no 3rd party graphics)
- Good communication in English
- Able to meet deadlines
- Creativity
- Stolen designs will result in instant contract termination
- The supplied design must only be sold to ourselves. We would acquire all rights to the design.

Specifications for the tshirt designs are:
4500 x 5400 pixels, 300ppi, sRGB, less than 25MB. To be supplied in PSD and PNG format. 

If accepted we will ask for 3 trial designs.
