JOB OVERVIEW

I. Job Title: MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR

II. Job Qualification:

1. College graduate in any Engineering, Agriculture, Business Course or any related course.
2. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in related work
3. Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
4. Proficient in operating a computer and other office equipment
5. Must be honest, attentive to details and organized
6. Customer-focused and can work with minimum supervision

IV. Job Summary:

1. Supervise production from basic process to blast freezing section.
2. Verification of correctness of data on documents from basic scheduling of live birds up to dressing process and further processing up to blast freezing.
3. Monitors the rejection rate of materials that do not conform with the specifications of the client; sees to it that quantity in kilos, or in heads/packs are properly recorded and reconciled to avoid variances and weight losses.
4. Verification of correctness of data submitted from physical inventory count of all items in all the stages of the manufacturing processes.
5. Verify the correct standard procedure and work instructions on how to dressed, cut, de-boned and or further process in accordance to current Good Manufacturing Practices & HACCP Plan.
6. Ensures the proper data encoding of all basic processing transactions during the day, and sees to it that the data can be captured for purposes of inventory control, cost distribution, efficiency monitoring, and yield reports that could take off for statistical processes control charts report.
7. Keeps the recorded documents and endorse to DCC for document keeping.Submits weekly. Send reports every shift to Manufacturing Manager on inventory operation status, accomplished Production Report, yield analysis reports and other reportorial required by the company with the timeline provided.
8. Attends and presents Prepare the analysis report every Monthly Operations Review.
9. Review and recommend on the exception reports encountered during the production process submitted by Manufacturing Team Leader and sees to it that these are provided with corrective and preventive actions.
10. Formulate plans, programs and specific objectives that will increase productivity and performance efficiency.
11. Evaluates performance of manufacturing team leaders.
12. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
