You understand frameworks, especially Yii framework and are very, very focused on security in your coding.

You are willing to do daily updates on Skype and work harder when needed (i.e. if bugs happen, you'll be there immediately to fix them... but I'll also be reasonable and respect your time in return as well.)

In the beginning, while you are learning our program and getting familiar with the application you'll be working on, we'll work out a financial agreement that takes into consideration this phase. However, once you are a productive, coding maniac and producing results, we'll step up your compensation accordingly.
