JOB OVERVIEW

New York State Construction Company seeking a full time employee as an administrative assistant

- Review & analyze insurance certificates
- Call & email vendors for updated insurance certificates
- This is a full time 40 hour job position
- This is a long term job position - not short term
- Applicant must read and speak perfect english
- Employee MUST work during Eastern Standard Time 9am - 5pm - No Exceptions
- Employee must be able to effectively communicate
- Employee must be expert in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word

Salary starts at $10,500 PHP per month - paid direct deposit
Salary can be higher based off of experience
