Customer Service Representative

Cloudexis Technologies Limited is looking for a dynamic professional that is comfortable with making phone calls to USA client and sale our various product like, Diabetic meters, Braces, Lead generation, Direct Tv. The majority of these phone calls will be made between 9am - 6pm EST.

Work location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Salary: $400 - $500
Working days: 5 days a week
Accommodation: From company
Food: From company
Extra benefits: One round trip to Philippines every year.
Minimum 1 year’s contract
Experience needed: at least one-year call center executive experience.

You must be comfortable with speaking to people with the ability to gain a basic understanding of our product and what they have to offer. We will provide all scripts and training.

To begin, you'll be given contacts that are currently in our database. This is a hard-sales position but would rather say more like and appointment setup or lead generation work.

Great command of the English language is a must and accent must be minimal. The ideal candidate must be self-disciplined with a friendly attitude and outgoing personality.
