Digital Marketing Specialist Needed to join our Company in Manila

We are a new digital marketing agency looking to add a digital marketing specialist to the team in Manila office.

The business operates 100% online, and we work with small businesses all over Asia to handle their digital marketing needs.

Full time position for you as we get more clients.

We need someone who has all around expert knowledge of digital marketing. You must be familiar with:
- social media marketing on all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest)
- all aspects of on page/off page SEO (including keyword research, back linking, schema mark up, google my business optimization, analytics tracking, page rank improvement, and more)
- basic website security and support (including malware removal, hacker prevention, broken link fixes, speed improvement, and more)
- reputation management
- creation of monthly reports to show results (traffic improvements, clicks, GA reporting, etc.)
- basic site design changes if needed

And you must be able to work autonomously, creating your own marketing strategies for clients within the guidelines of the packages they buy and the hours you're given. But you will be the expert. If you see something that can help a client that I may not know about, take action.

You should be able to use these to communicate with the agency:
- Google Docs
- Sk.ype
- Asana

Bonuses if you can (but not required):
- create basic youtube videos
- write blog posts
- create monthly newsletters
- write white papers
