Customer Service Representative - Salon Reservation Account

Account Details:
- Agent will be responsible when it comes to receiving incoming calls from customers that are in need of assistance when it comes to booking/changing/cancelling salon appointments.
- Pure customer service.
- No upselling.

Qualifications:
- At least College level (Finished 1 semester)
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience handling Customer Service
- Good to average English communication skills
- Good in articulation, thought process and problem solving
- Willing to work during Night shift and shifting schedule
- Willing to work during the holidays and weekends
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
