JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I am TK and I am own a small boutique design firm that does product design, instore displays, point of sale, packaging design and promotional items business.

We are a young and small firm that is growing and I am looking for someone to help me full time long term. The position is for a personal virtual assistant but it will probably grow into much more depending on the applicants experience and eagerness to learn new tasks through the company and on their own.

Our main business is designing custom displays and products for our clients and then finding manufacturing companies around the world to make them for us.

I am searching for a reliable person to work directly with me in doing to record and update daily communication between my clients and I and help me stay organized by entering quotes, PO's and processing invoices on our project management system. The job will involve making sure our clients are getting the info they requested as quickly as possible (a lot of communication between clients, designers and factories) and then entering that info into our data base and making sure its updated daily.

Knowledge in email, research and verification, data entry, scheduling and communication is very important. Would prefer if the applicant has experience in understanding design or manufacturing and being proficient in photoshop is a huge plus because I occasionally need marketing material made.
