Are you an expert on making sushi? Are you innovative and creative in doing your sushi recipes? Then, we need YOU!
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all types of sushi recipes
2. Manage food preparation, such as cleaning, peeling, and cutting of ingredients, and cooking of sushi rice
3. Recommend new and modern sushi recipes
4. Monitor food stocks and order stocks as needed
5. Observe cleanliness in the kitchen area and follow the “clean as you go” rule
6. Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure proper cooking and preparation of the food, taking special attention to requests and food allergies
Requirements:
1. At least two (2) years of work experience as Sushi Chef
2. Can work fast and accurate
3. Team player
4. Flexibility in the working hours, shifts, etc
5. Certification from any culinary school is an advantage
