direct mail and Craigslist marketing assistant needed

I need an assistant who has experience working with direct mail and knows to post on craigslist through proxy server's in the U.S.

duties will include compiling a mailing list , creating ads to post online and postcards to upload to sites like directpost , as well using softwareI have to sending and responding to emails.
