Hi there! I’m looking for someone to join my team and take care of & build mine and my client’s website so I can continue growing my business. I am looking for someone to build Websites, website maintenance, and basic SEO. I am interested in someone who is more layout and design oriented and has excellent skills in HTML and CSS but comfortable with editing some PHP and JAVA.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will work with the technical and creative leads in the business, so you must be proactive and be able to quickly adapt to new technology.
Stay plugged into emerging Web Design & Development technologies / industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Responsible for developing web responsive websites that are functional across different platforms
Code websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or JQuery.
Write well designed, efficient code.
Graphics & Multimedia is a Bonus
Webpage Design
Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
I will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
I pay bonuses for great work
I pay 13th Month Bonus
I give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
