*About the Job*
The job entails answering
Customer service is very important to us and we want to make sure that our customers receive professional, quality customer service with a good American accent, writing & speaking skills. Spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes or less than perfect English please do not apply!
You will also be managing orders and shipments, filling in spreadsheets with order details and many more tasks that we will assign to you according to your skills and our needs.
*Hours and Terms*
The job hours are 6pm-12am Monday to Thursday New York Time and 12pm-8pm Saturday and Sunday New York Time
This basically means mornings Tuesday to Friday and Graveyard Shift on Saturday Night and Sunday night in Manila Time.
You must have a strong internet connection, quiet working area, a computer with Microsoft Office and a headset to make phone calls on. Training will be done in different hours from the above to suit our schedule.
