Customer Service
Our company is looking for a skills customer service person. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, using the phones, problem solving, and working with a team.
Daily Tasks
You will be answering tickets in a help desk system, you will be making outgoing calls to clients to welcome them into a program, you will be making follow up calls to clients offering them payment plans for programs. You will be dong appointment setting. You will be making calls to clients to remind them of appointments.

We are looking for someone who would know what to do in these situations:
1. A customer has submitted a ticket that you can’t answer. You have sent an email with the information to your manager once but didn’t get a reply. What would you do?
*Our ideal candidate would tell the client they are working on an answer, would follow up with the manager and look for another way to reach them (skype, etc.) If they still don’t get a reply they would look for assistance from another person in the company. They would never forget that there is an issue that needs to be resolved.
2. A customer has asked to be called. You have the ability to call them, so you call and leave a voicemail. They don’t call you back, what do you do?
*The ideal candidate would continue to call and leave voicemails, follow up via email and let the customer know how many times they have tried to call and have made voicemails.
3. You have made all your calls for the day. All the tickets are answered. What do you do?
*The ideal candidate would go back through tickets and make sure all clients are taken care of. They would have a list of clients that they want to check on and keep in touch with and reach out to them, they would tell their manager that they are available for more work. The ideal candidate would suggest things they could do to help the company. All ideas are encouraged and welcomed!
