T-Shirt designer

Hi there,

I'm starting with a T-Shirt business and I need a designer, who will be able to create 4500x5400px designs.

The payment will be:

2 USD for a quality design, which is meeting expectations.

Good work will be rewarded:

10% extra for designs, which are captivating
25% extra for designs, which are outstanding

I wish to get 5-10 designs per day and in total 50 designs per week.

For me is honesty and reliability important. That means concerning the designs no copies and if we agree on a certain time-frame, that this time-frame is not to be expired.

We will talk about your interest as well to see, what you like designing about the most, so we can arrange that you create designs, which you would like to draw.
