Looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer/Industrial Designer/3D Designer

We are a growing company looking to hire a full time industrial designer and engineeer. We are always launching products in our business and need help designing new innovative products. Please note, all of our products are basic and simple consumer ---------- electrical components. Here is an example of a product we designed:

Our designer/engineer will spend time researching products on ---------- looking for popular products, and then thinking of ways where we can IMPROVE the product. We will then create a new prototype of this product so that we can ultimately mass produce it. We can also create an entirely brand new product as well. Our company has access to all the latest prototype technology - 3d printers, cut laser technology, etc.. We have access to equipment that will work on any material - silicone, plastic, metal, glass, etc.

The designer/engineer will need to assist by designing the products as well as getting these designs on a CAD software (3D software) so that we can make prototypes in our facility.

We are looking for someone who is very creative and has a good understanding of 3d software and prototype creation.
