Company looking for an executive/administrative assistant. Tasks include researching, scheduling/managing appointments, and completing written and verbal instructions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
• Relevant experience in data entry, filing, transcription
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to use alternative applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges

• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Researching new possible leads
• Making travel arrangements
• Ensures all documentation required are prepared and delivered within established deadlines
