We are looking for someone long term and full time. That is why this would need to be your only job and be able to dedicate 8 hours a day.

I know there are a lot of natural disasters and power outages in Philippines. Almost all tasks will be internet based, so having a good internet connection is important.

Please also list out the software you have experience using.

The main job task to start would be editing a google document which is the project scope of work and then using that information to add prices into our pricing software. The pricing software has construction items in there and all of the pricing is already setup. We will teach you how to use it.

The next job task after you learn the pricing software and the project scope documents will be basic photo editing.

You don’t need to know about construction, we will teach you the basics. You do not need to know how to use the pricing software, we will teach you.

What we care more about is if you are tech-savvy, positive attitude, smart with ability to learn quickly, and pleasure to work in a team.

Skills required:
- Type A and detail oriented
- Fluent english speaking and writing
- Virtual Assistant or software experience
- Google Docs
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new software
- Good memory
- *** If you haven’t already, please take the DISC and IQ tests
- Basic photo editing

Would be nice but not required:
- Project management or project management software experience (Asana, Trello, basecamp, etc)
- Infusionsoft experience
- Wordpress experience
- Basic SEO experience
- Video editing experience
