JOB OVERVIEW

Job positions available:
1. Personal Assistant (Full-time)
• Excellent verbal communication (in English both writing and speaking).
• Phone skills
• Data Entry Skills
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence (emails) and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• Reminding the client of events, tasks, etc
• Managing databases
• Assisting the clients on researching or writing reports

2. Marketing Assistant (Part-time)
• Excellent verbal communication (in English both writing and speaking)
• Data Entry Skills
• CRM savvy
• Confident using a marketing automation tool
• Experience using Canva
• Understanding how to use marketing metrics e.g. Google Analytics
• Knowledge of how to run Facebook ads at efficient click rates is a plus
• Proactive in offering and asking for help
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Updating/ Managing databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM)
system
• Working out Kartra through Kartra Academy and how best to use it
• Inputting and scheduling e-newsletter in Kartra or Vision6
• Managing the email marketing and lead funnel
• Ad hoc, finding out how to fix marketing system issues and logging tickets
• Provide ideas for new campaigns to interest people in the membership or in writing
coaching
• Updating CRM
• Manage WordPress website
• Liaising with developer for website issues
• Adding (basic) landing page/s or sales funnel pieces
• Create images in Canva for both blogs and Instagram
• Compiling and layout of email content for monthly newsletter and new campaigns, from
client’s content
• Helping people see the positives of being an affiliate
• Working with client in overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• Proactively present marketing ideas and strategies
• Assist in monitoring the company's marketing performance

3. WordPress Developer (Full-time)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style
across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the
CMS
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme or
plugin
• Proactively work with a team

4. Bookkeeper (Full-time)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Data Entry Skills
• Should be qualified with any of the following https://www.tpb.gov.au/qualificationsand-
experience-tax-agents
• Should have experience in Australian Tax
• Australian Accounting Diploma is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Processing MYOB, Xero files and bank reconciliations
• Processing accounts payables and accounts receivables
• Other typical Australian bookkeeping and tax work

5. Account Data Collector (Full-time)
• Excellent verbal communication (in English both writing and speaking).
• Phone skills
• Data Entry Skills
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Call insurance companies about customers’ accounts
• Report all calls on a spreadsheet
• Update database
• Proactively provide feedback if there are call issues

6. Facebook Advertising Specialist (Full-time)
• Excellent written communication skills (preferably in Australian English)
• Data Entry Skills
• Enjoys learning new things
• Experience with Facebook Analytics
• Experience Facebook Advertising
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Writing Copy for Facebook Ads
• Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across
all paid programs.
• Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through
relevant paid programs
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and
programmatic media buying
• Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
• Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
• Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
• Measure and optimize the paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google
Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
