Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer
· Prepare and organize databases and reports
· Manage social media accounts and replies
· Handle confidential employer and client information
· Take notes and transcribe meetings
· Schedule and arrange meetings, sales calls and other activities
· Arrange payments for other staff, vendors, and other expenses
· Create purchase orders and track and manage payments
· Present excellent customer-service skills to customers, clients and staff
· Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
· Create and prepare presentations and materials in conjunction with other staff; research materials and sources
· In conjunction with management – engage and perform limited management of third party consultants, vendors or suppliers
Requirements and Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Experience with Google Docs, Google Drive and other web based systems
· Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
· Proficient English skills, and communication via written, oral and other mediums
· Highly organized multi-tasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
· High levels of comprehension and ability to take and complete complex tasks with minimal supervision from high level instruction
· Demonstrates excellent time management
· Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
· Self-directed and driven, with the ability to innovate and find more efficient and effective ways to complete given tasks, goals and instructions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer-service and presentation skills

· Two (2) years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related fields
· Ability to speak Mandarin language verbally, and a basic comprehension of written Mandarin
