Full Time Back End Developer / Project Lead - PHP, PHPUnit, Xdebug

We're looking for a qualified back-end PHP developer with experience writing quality well-tested OOP.

The candidate must be experienced with version control (Git), write quality code that has appropriate automated tests, be well versed in SOLID principals, and comfortable with refactoring.

The main technology stack you'll be working on uses PHP5.6, PHPUnit and Composer and in depth knowledge of these tools is a requirement. Knowledge of debugging using Xdebug is a must.

The applicant will need to fluently speak and read English. We're looking for a developer with critical thinking who can recognise problems, formulate appropriate solutions, and successfully write the code to execute them.

Working Knowledge of the Content Management System WordPress is a bonus, but not essential.

Most importantly, we're after a candidate who is adaptive, has initiative and is eager to learn.

The position is full-time 38 hours a week 9am-5:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Your wage / salary is negotiable.
