Experienced VA to manage order fulfillment and customer support

Hi,

I'm looking for an experiences VA that will take responsibility for the day to day order fulfillment and customer support.

I advertise e-commerce product through ClickFunnels. The orders are synced into a Shopify store.
After that I expors all the orders into a csv file, and send it to the supplier through Skype.

I need someone that will take ownership of this entire process now that it's scaling. This means that you need to make sure that the supplier receives all the orders correctly, make sure that he send the tracking numbers, and then update them on Shopify.

Also, I need that you will be responsible for customer support. This is a smaller part of the role, as all of our products are shipped from the US, so there are not a lot of delivery issues.

I need someone that will be able to work full time.
