Virtual Assistant CSR

We are seeking a full-time virtual assistant for our company Circuit Specialists. The assistant will be required to provide customer service, enter orders, and provide preliminary technical support. Work will be done on our custom software and via Gmail and Freshdesk to correspond with customers. Prior experience is preferred and expert spoken and written English is required.
