VA Superstar for Vacation Rental Company in Australia

We are looking for part time/full time guest services VAs for a holiday rental business that is based in Australia. We have an awesome Philippines based team of staff that looks after the guest/customer service admin functions of our business. We need two new Superstars to join our fabulous team!

About You:

Experience with AirBNB, Homeaway and/or VRBO.
Experience with email handling
Customer service rockstar
Reliable
Diligent
Thorough
An eye for detail
Excellent English Communication skills - especially in writing
Able to work at least one shift over the weekend plus some weekdays
Great team player
Quick learner
Back up internet and power options in the event of outages
Able to handle multiple tasks at once
Able to handle variations in workload - there are times when we are just crazy busy!

Bonus points for skills such as:
- customer complaint handling experience
- marketing experience
- social media
- review responding (overwhelmingly positive)

Your usual tasks will be:
- answering email, chat, SMS queries from guests and potential guests
- processing booking requests
- updating and reconciling booking calendars
- sending necessary information to guests
- secondary interaction with owners
- listing new properties on various sites
- updating information on three main sites (Airbnb, HomeAway and Newbook)
