Photo editor with an eye for taste!

We are a digital marketing agency in the United States that specializes in the food and beverage industry.

I am looking for someone who can quickly edit photos primarily for social media use. The photos will often be in RAW format shot with DSLR, however, iPhone photos will also be included.

Key Requirements:
* Expert with Adobe Lightroom CC (and Classic) but the current versions are important that you're using.
* Quick turn around will often be needed.
* Keen eye for what great food shots are and what can be done with the Adobe suite to improve the photos.
* Familiarity with social media sites (eg. Square, Vertical 16:9, and other dimensions)
* Understand how to add metadata to photos and why it's important.
* We use Asana as our project management tool and it will be important to be familiar with that tool, or willing to learn.

Our workflow will be very important here, that our photographers would be on site, shooting, uploading to Dropbox, then you can take those files to import them and edit them and have them exported for our digital marketers to use in social media and websites. I would like you to put the word yellow in the subject line of your resume submission. Some photos will require a longer time to edit, for certain occasions, but most of the time we have to shoot fast and get it online. So we may give you 100 photos, but only 10 or 20 will end up being usable which means you will need a good eye for what a consumer wants to see. We're not looking for photos that are for sale and require many hours of work per photo. Though it will be helpful if your Adobe Photoshop skills are excellent if we have to remove a person from a photo or to restore an old photo, or something that requires more artistic approaches.

If you are an expert at video editing as well with Adobe Premiere Pro, wage and additional hours may be available.
