Lead Generation Specialist/Appointment Setter

JOB OVERVIEW

Background: We are a Singapore Startup and have started a Sales Team in Philippines targeting US clients. You will be working to generate leads to facilitate the outreach effort of our business development manager. You do not have to close any deals.
As a startup, we move fast and resources are allocated instantly to performing projects. I am looking for people who are looking for Growth. Do not apply if you are used to being told what to do, used to fixed steps or not be able to adapt to new methods.


Day to Day:
-Start the day with me/manager for feedback and strategic planning before proceeding to execute.
-You will work 8 hours per day - start 10pm to 6am (Monday to Friday)
-You will have to research, identify, and tenaciously generate emails and phone number of key decision makers.
- You will sent out emails and make calls for appointment once or twice a week.
-You will methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel together with us.
-You will send a report at the end of each day


Schedule & Pay:
Monthly pay of USD ---------- for 5 days work week. (Other arrangements can be made)
Paid via TransferWise (Other arrangements can be made)


Requirements
-Must be from the Philippines
-Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales Experience
-Must have English Neutral Accent.
-Good understanding of lead generation process and tools
-Must have a wired internet connection between computer and modem with no outage
-Must have a quiet space to work from
-Referral required upon request
