Shopify VA for Exciting, Fast-Growing Company

Hello! We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic VA to join a team of young professionals to assist in managing Shopify stores (general, fashion & skincare store). You must have prior experience with Shopify and customer service before applying.

*** JOB TASKS ***
- Managing social media comments
- Responding to customer service emails
- Issuing refunds and editing orders
- Adding product reviews
- Data entry
- Order fulfillment

You must be able to work at least 40 hours/week including weekends, if possible. Fast internet connection and good English skills are required.

Hourly rate will be $3/hr to start and will increase based on performance.

This is a long-term job opportunity as we operate multiple stores and are quickly expanding.
