POSITION SUMMARY
Kartra Customer Engagement & Growth Specialist with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of sales funnel management and implementation.

The Customer Engagement & Growth Specialist will be responsible for setting up Kartra and implementing our sales funnels. The Customer Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the business’s growth through exceptional implementation of our sales funnels.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A strong candidate will have the following required prior experience, skills and dispositions:
Ideation, creation and optimization of marketing funnel assets for assigned
Steadily improve the performance of assigned projects via A/B test management and the testing & adoption of new marketing ideas and strategies
Project Management for Funnel Development and Optimization
Direct multiple projects towards completion of new marketing funnels
Prioritize and manage marketing optimization roadmaps
Effectively direct and communicate with other team members through to project completion
Split Test Management
Tracking setup for A/B testing
Managing aggregate split test performance data and make key decisions for the progress of assigned funnels
Key Involvement in Ideation for Funnel Optimization
Attend meetings and participate in formulating new test ideas for funnels in the optimization pipeline
Ability to track time efficiently and accurately in the allotted time keeping system
Ability to keep assignments moving to completion, work well under pressure and ability to work independently while seeking guidance appropriately
Excellent software and computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of Kartra preferably, Wordpress, Shopify
Able to quickly add copy, images and design to all elements of the funnel, and have a demonstrated ability to edit accordingly

Key Performance Indicators:
- Your success in the role will be measured by the following:
- Weekly and monthly performance metrics reporting
- “Projects” defined as new active split tests and landing page development
- Landing page/funnel performance
- Measuring week over week delta from A/B testing and funnel development projects

The ideal candidate will also have the following preferred prior experience skills and dispositions:
- Experience working in a small company with five or fewer people
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote environment and
- Personal interest in organization, essentialism, or customer service.

Position type: Regular, part-time, non-exempt – 15-20 hours per week

Position compensation: Commensurate with industry standards and experience.
