CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE

Hi,

We are looking for a committed individual who will work as a logistics/customer service manager for a growing Plywood Importer company, based in California, USA.

Work schedule: 11PM to 8AM Philippines Time

Must have a very good English communication skills to handle emails and calls effectively.
Must have experience using Quickbooks or similar software for tracking orders.
Must have experience in logistics booking trucks (vans, flatbeds)
Must be willing to work under pressure
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
