Need help finding and sending emails

I am looking to hire 2 - 3 people to help with both finding emails and then sending them. I will provide the industry, and then we have a series of three emails we send out. We pay $.025 per email found and $.025 per email sent. This is all managed, tracked and counted each day with EOD reports and such. I am looking for a long term team and looking to start ASAP. Thanks!
