JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is looking to hire Remote Customer Service agent. You will be responsible to answering calls using our system & dialer, everything works for you - no manual ---------- micromanaging - chill & awesome work environment. Your primary job role is to assist customers and get them connected to our system to our higher support can resolve their issues.

Plus experience:
* Excellent English accent (No accent)
* Customer Service skills
* TeleSales skills
* Understanding on how to use a computer

Requirement:
A working computer – preferable a w10 laptop or computer w/ updated specs
A noise cancelling headset – required
A high speed internet connection / backup internet preferably

Working hours:
Monday - Friday
11am - 8pm Eastern Standard Time (We're 13hrs behind you)
Occasionally you will work weekends
Competitive hourly rate depending on your experience plus there's incentive & bonus
