WVO Designs is a very small company that manufactures product for the alternative fuel industry. Owner is located in US, Accounting/materials manager is in PH and are looking for a customer service focused VA also in PH. Primary duty will be to answer all incoming phone calls to process orders, or attend to customers questions ie order tracking. Tickets will be created in zendesk to track follow-up questions that can not be answered. Absolute reliability is expected. Minimal traditional training will be provided. Successful VA will be ask questions and consume information that is provided in the systems they work ie history of helpdesk tickets, product documentation, website to gain knowledge and expand responsibility. This is NOT a junior/passive position. We have high expectations and are willing to pay for it IF you are willing to grow to meet the challenge.
Successful application will be a systems oriented person. You will work in a number of different online systems: zendesk, magento, wordpress, ups tracking to gather and organize information to support customers.

**Must Have fast internet connection and computer with equipment for VOIP support and Skype Video. - List Internet connection speed**
Provide email and phone support for customers:
**USA Daytime Hours 8-5 EST**
- Taking orders over the phone .
- Tracking order/delivery status.
- Log technical questions for call back.
- Develop FAQ database from existing helpdesk tickets
Website/online work:
- Maintain product listings on Magento ecommerce site
- Maintain product listings on Ebay
- Web programing ability a bonus
Fulfillment:
- Work with product fulfillment company to track order progress and expedite as necessary
Graphics/writing
- Experience with printed page layout and technical writing for product manual editing a bonus.
