Using a very simple system(XenCALL CRM), you will simply click one button and when you hear the beep, somebodies on the line. You will then speak the script that I will provide. If its a no; you will a certain button, if its a yes; you will click a certain button. Training is easy to understand and completely guided all the way through till you're comfortable with the process.
